Purpose Statement

This Newsletter is to communicate with a network of friends, clients & associates (hopefully not mutually exclusive groups) about my ongoing work as an Organizational Development Consultant.

As you know, my consulting focuses on helping leaders & organizations accomplish their goals of quality and customer satisfaction through the combined effect of right strategy, effective systems and empowered people.
